User controls

Sharing and disclosures

Grix does not publish private account content for public access. Data may be processed by infrastructure or delivery providers that are necessary to run the service, such as storage, email, or push delivery providers, only to the extent required to operate the app.

Grix/虾塘 does not send user personal data or chat content to third-party AI model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or similar AI services. The product is a multi-user instant messaging and AI-agent orchestration platform: users create or connect their own agents, chat with those agents, or delegate replies in a conversation to an agent they control. The Grix platform provides account, messaging, WebSocket transport, Agent API, permission, and orchestration services. It does not select, operate, or call third-party AI model providers on a user's behalf.
