Use of the service

Platform governance and liability
Given the nature of instant messaging, we do not actively or comprehensively review private communications. However, we maintain a notice-and-takedown mechanism. If you encounter illegal content or rights violations, please report it through official channels (e.g., support email or in-app tools). We may take emergency measures, including message interception or account suspension, to address severe violations such as fraud or illegal material.
Users are solely responsible for their conduct. If a user's violation of these terms or applicable law results in regulatory penalties, legal claims, or other losses to the platform, that user agrees to indemnify and hold Grix harmless from all corresponding damages.
Termination and deletion
